We ship exclusively with DHL. Every shipment includes a tracking number – no untracked deliveries. All orders are sent as parcels.
We charge a flat shipping fee regardless of the size or weight of your order.

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to other EU countries may vary.
Every order is photographically documented before dispatch. This serves as evidence of the complete and undamaged condition of the goods at the time of shipment, protecting both buyer and seller.
Collection in person is possible by arrangement. Once payment is received, you will receive an email or – if you provided a mobile number – a WhatsApp or SMS message when your order is ready for collection.
Payment on collection: Cash or PayPal (Friends & Family). You will receive an invoice with full order details on collection.

Delivery to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, USA, United Kingdom) is currently not available.

Return conditions:
Once the returned goods are received and inspected and found to be in order, we will reimburse the amount paid without delay.
