Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. DHL delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to other EU countries may take a little longer.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €7.69 – regardless of the size or weight of your order. Orders over €200 ship free within Germany.

We ship to EU countries only. See our Shipping Policy for the full list. Deliveries to Switzerland, the USA or the United Kingdom are currently not available.

After dispatch you will receive your DHL tracking number by email. You can track your parcel in real time at dhl.de. We never ship without tracking.

Yes, absolutely. We sell only genuine, authentic trading card game products. Every order is photographically documented before shipping to verify authenticity and condition.

Unopened boosters and displays can be returned within 14 days. Once a booster pack, display or sealed collectible product has been opened, it cannot be returned. See our Withdrawal Notice for full details.

Collection in person is possible by prior arrangement in Neuenkirchen (29643). You will receive an email or (if you provided a mobile number) a WhatsApp/SMS once your order is ready. Payment on collection: cash or PayPal (Friends & Family).

We accept credit and debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and cash on collection.
